It is ideal for families with its large lounge area. Fernbrook and Burnley can be joined for groups and often 2 families come to enjoy a holiday together.
The log fire, TV and lounge setting is in the spacious room which was the original kitchen of the Homestead when it catered for up to 70 guests.
Burnley has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one with 2 singles) and the large family area with 2 single beds and 1 trundle. It accommodates from 1 to 6 guests.
